In 2000, Nate began serving as the senior pastor of Palmyra (PA) BIC. He was ordained by the BIC Church in 2004 and is enrolled in the doctoral program at Denver (CO) Seminary. Nate and his wife, Grace, have three school-age children.

Laura says she is like a "dating service" for interns, making the match between interns and churches, and then providing follow-up support both during and after the internship.
Laura also screens, interviews, hires and trains a team of summer interns, and she meets with colleges and youth group leaders to find students interested in an internship. This fall, Laura is working to develop a three-month leadership training program for all interns to complete.
